Office Hours

Our office is staffed each day, Monday through Friday, including Wednesday evenings until 8 p.m. Our answering service is always available to take messages and to provide information about backup coverage.

Appointments

All patients are seen on an appointment basis. We make every effort to honor time commitments and request that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you must reschedule, kindly give 24 hour notice (for Monday appointments, call Friday before 5 p.m.) A charge will be made if adequate notice is not given.

Emergencies

We recognize that emergency situations may arise, and we will do our best to respond promptly. For emergencies, please call as early in the day as possible. If the problem occurs when the office is closed, the answering service will tell you how to contact Dr. Greenfield.
